All residents of Oredo, Egor and Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State

Ambulance assistance information for children(0-5 years) the elderly(60 years and above), pregnant women, people living with disabilities and indigens/poor people

If you fall under this group, you will be assisted free of charge in an emergency by the Edo Emergency Medical Response Services

Ambulance assistance information for the insured

If you have insurance, the Edo State Health Insurance Scheme (EDOHIS) will pay N30,000 for your ambulance service in any medical emergency on your behalf. You do not need to repay this amount before treatment.

Ambulance assistance information for the uninsured

If you do not have an insurance plan, the Edo State Health Insurance Scheme (EDOHIS) will pay N30,000 for your ambulance assistance in any medical emergency. Before treatment, you will be asked to repay the N30,000 ambulance charge or get an insurance plan.
